Once the quick allocate is run, it will move the view back to the report screen to show the report. Note if the create file option is not set in station setup, nothing will show.
Once the quick apron is run it will create a file in both text and csv form if the 'Create apron file' option is set in station setup.
This is the text report created if requested. It shows the times on the left and along the top, the stands. The allocations are shown with the flight followed by || lines to show allocated space.
At the bottom of the report it shows any services that were unable to fit. Often this is a size problem.
This is a report and has the same options to send, print and email as any report. Also a right click menu to save to clipboard. See reports for options.
Use the Apron/Show/Quick apron menu item to view the quick apron screen.
This view is simular to the report view but is a grid. It is always created as opposed to the report which is created only when requested.
The times have a right click menu which can be used to see details of the flights for that time. These details go to the report screen so its is easier to have that screen open in the second screen.
