Runway setup allows runways to be allocated to the system. The label at the top has a menu to add a new runway record. The ID has a right click to delete a runway.
To get to the setup for the terminal, select the menu item TOOLS/Station/Setup station and select the runways from the list.

Runway name is a descriptive name to the runway. To change it click on the name and type a new name.
Designation is the code for the runway. This is changed by clicking on the code and typing a new code in.
Comply add is a time in minutes added to compliance times to allow distant runways a leeway before compliance to slot times is disallowed.
The usefulness of this item depends on the files returned from your FAA equivalent. If the file includes runway details then that is saved with the actual times. Then it can be used in compliance to allow a little extra time depending on the runway used.
